It'll either do nothing or disorient yourself (yourself is your target for Stamina, after al). In the past, you could put it in Speed Boost and be able to randomly disorient people, but they fixed that hole a while back, but I'm not sure if they also made it so you couldn't stun yourself.

Yes, they fixed it, it does nothing at all when slotted in Stamina.

It does nothing. It used to randomly try to stun yourself every 10 seconds, but they changed it to not affect players, to offset both the Stamina/Quick Recovery and the Speed Boost oddities. I think the change also resulted in it not stunning the target if you put it in an attack, and use it in PVP. Not sure on that though.
@Roderick
When it was stunning you if you slotted it in stamina/QR, I was always tempted to make a zombie toon on Virtue and slot it, and then it would make perfect sense when every few minutes, I'd just start staggering about doing nothing. I never got around to it before they fixed it, would've been fun.

Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
You're not the only one. I actually did try it in the hopes that it worked.

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.
I wanted to slot it on an elec character so it would look like I periodically shocked myself.
We don' need no stinkin' signatures!
Well, here's the thing. In an end mod proc, the 3 set one, there's a 10% chance to disorient your foe. If you slot it in Stamina, what does the proc do? Do you randomly disorient your target? Does it have no effect? Or do you.... Disorient yourself?
