My favorites are Serpent Drummer's, Television and Von Grund but I haven't really paid attention to the timing of them. I enjoy them so the time seems to go quickly enough.

If you're specifying 45-50 because you want to keep your powers, remember that you will have all your powers at 45 in the 40-45 range. You will lose any set bonuses that come from non-Purles IOs over level 47, but you will still have all the powers.
