Biggest Troll on the forums? I'll give you a hint:

Yeah that's the first thing I thought as well back when I first "discovered" this art section... wow this LJ person
really should get some gift artz in return for all the cool artz they're giving away. That part hasn't changed.
I really like what you did here Pyro and I'm sure Bobby
will appreciate the gift too. Very cool buddy!
Sidenote: Yeah as Juggertha mentioned there are a few things that need adjustment
but that stuff will comes to you with time and practice (keep at it man, your stuffs improving ).
P.S. Instead of making any changes to this I'd suggest leaving it as is and periodically revisit/redraw it using all the new
techniques and perspective you've gained during the interim... it's good to have a piece that visually demonstrates your progress over time.

First of let me say you have a great attitude in regards to this piece, as LJ said it's a gift and as such it's the thought and that you were willing to take time out of your day to say thanks with your art, that is what really matters but in addition to that you choose to see this gift as practicing your craft... as an opportunity to improve and that is most commendable.
Here's what I would comment on/ add to your list in no particular order...
(speaking from my perspective... left means my left not hers)
The base of the left thumb where it connects to the hand is on top which is only possible if the palm is facing toward us and as such all her fingers would be visible in a column not in profile. I realize you didn't do much work on the hands but the simple act of putting the thumbs in the right position (or turning the hand to match the thumb) would make it more believable. This would also change the position of the glove spines.
If your eye follows the line of her jaw, from her chin on back, it looks like it continues straight through to the back of her head... it should instead visibly start to curve up towards her ear.
Her shoulders don't match. The right one seems small and almost tucked under the bicep while the left (although covered somewhat by hair) if we follow the line of the triceps from the elbow up seems to be half again as large.
"Bewbs are large. Nuff said" I fail to see the problem here.
No really I don't see them as overly large or disproportionate to her frame... she is 8ft tall after all.
The lower leg, hip to knee is not to small as you mention but too short (in length). You correctly state knee to ankle is too long.
In her "groin area" the two inner thighs connect to each other (the lower leg seems to attach to the upper one directly) instead of separately connecting to the torso. There should be a natural "gap" ...ahem.
Her hair and the spikes seem to impossibly coexist, in other words they are taking up the same space rather than the hair flowing around the spikes.
I especially like her lips too, very well done, and her expression is very well conveyed even through a mask.
The hair, while very stylized, is pleasing to look at and shows volume and decent lighting, thought I would suggest less light and of a different intensity so it is distinctly obvious that it's hair (reflects light differently) and not the same as the material of her outfit.
The sky looks nice.
I like her pose it's very graceful but as you mentioned her foot should either not be anchored or there should be something solid under it.
I think you covered the rest pretty well.
CR
P.S. You should never be afraid to use a reference. Studying similar poses and lighting schemes and using what you see to help inform your decisions and correct problems is perfectly fine in my opinion.
Pyro, your rendition of LJ's toon turned out great! Gratzzz LJ!!!
