Nope. 30.

Looked up "stores" on the wiki
, then went to Talos myself to be sure. All the SO types are doubled up right at the top of the list; 25Acc, 30Acc, 25Conf, 30Conf, 25Dam, 30Dam, etc etc...

Penny Preston. You'll have to do a simple mission to unlock her store.

EDIT: D'oh, they're right. But this info will help you when you're looking for your 35s at least.

EDIT II: Except that apparently you already knew this. Well, I'm useless tonight.

Both the RWZ Quartermaster and the Midnighter Club Store are better places to get SOs of level 35+, as neither requires you to do a mission for them first.

Nice to have it unlocked for when you're right there and it's handy, though.

On a side note, I can't remember the last time I did one of the Store missions. I usually take the mission and instantly Drop Mission to get access to the store immediately. lol

On an extra note.. besides unlocking the stores, I think I used it every time for the cape and aura instanced missions as well... but it's been so long since I did those, I could just be remembering wrong and for all I know it might not work for the new Hero arc anyway. lol

Well I don't think I ever avoided the tour, but I think I used it on the final mission where we had to protect the Time Capsule (antique chest). That prevented having to re-run it if I failed. That mission could be rough sometimes. I think the AI was much different back when the ability to drop missions first came out though. It wasn't so bad in recent times before the missions changed though. The enemies barely attacked the thing. lol

I can vaguely remember early on that they were tougher, and we actually had SG runs teaming to make it easier. I think you're right, though, they must have done something. Even before the recent changes, I can't remember having a hard time at all except right when I started out (late I6).

Yeah. I do recall enemies being a lot more... eager?... to attack things you were tasked with defending. Now it seems like, unless the "thing" being defended is an NPC that freely attacks the enemy groups; all you have to watch out for is hostile AoEs.
