As long as you have a subscription to the game, then you should be able to buy the booster packs and benefit from them. You don't need anything special to use more booster packs.

I've never had problems and I bought all the stuff.vBut this comes up contantly. There's another thread currently about this too. The store is just...lame.
I bought the magic boosterpack a little while back, now I think I read somewhere you needed something special to attach more boosterpacks.
Now the question is can I get more boosterpacks now or do I have to do/buy something else first and if so what do I need? I would really like to add the martial arts pck to but I want to know if it's possible so I don't end up paying for something I can't use
