I did but they just said its nothing they can override and that I would just have to buy it at another retailer. But sadly I won't be able to get Dual Pistols until July 20th if I do. D:

Yeah that I could handle but its been a week since my last purchase. And I've tryed pay-pal and 2 different credit cards. I just really want my Dual Pistols.

Could it be possible that its not 24-48 hours after purchase but attempt? Because I got kinda angry and spammed it lol. ^.^

Yeah could be but I just got a message from NCsoft support and apparently my purchases can't pass the "Fraud Prevention System" which is ridiculous.

Is anyone else able to buy anything because me and a couple other people I know whom aren't in the same area as me can't purchase anything at all.

Thats what I thought. But I set my spending limit to $240 and my last purchase was almost a week ago. And the error I get is.. "We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners."

This might be in the wrong spot but. I just need to know whats the timeframe restriction on buying things in the NCSoft Online store? I'm trying to buy Going Rogue and I keep getting an error.
