The problem was the patch Thursday morning that affected alot of people's emails, someone said they rolled the email server back a couple days. A warning about them doing this would have been nice BEFORE the patch. Then again most of the time wheneve rthere is system maintainance, the global chat, WW/BM, AE, gmail and sometimes the online store go apespit. Maybe if the Devs would create, let see, a Bookshelf or Archive for recipe storage in SG bases we wouldn't have to email ourselves recipes.

This explains the odd happenings with my email. An sgmate gave me a bone wings recipe on Tuesday. It vanished. I went to craft it the next day and it was gone. On the other hand I now have two Steadfast uniques. I had mailed it to my new Brute and picked up the attachment on Monday. When I next checked email on Thursday a duplicate was back in my mail queue as if I'd never picked it up. I'm dupin' rares!

I have an open petition about the same patch which left me without several purple IO's I had crafted on Wednesday. I did however gain doubles of lots of lvl 15 IO's I had used to slot a praetoria character. Not a fair trade off and I'm still waiting for a response.

Recently <yesterday> I had an enh I paid 100 Mill for disappear with the email the moment I dropped the enh into the mail.
sent a petition - got the "I am escalating your petition to a Senior Customer Support Representative to further assist you"
Haven't head back since.
Still holding on to hope.
