well I started about 5 hours prior to the ITF so that I would have enough time but the run off was slower than expected and I had to reheat the water mid way through. It is a Guinness Clone so I didn't want to F it up. Especially since my neighbor loves Guinness Extra stout so much.
I was busy this weekend, but I hope you all had a good time!
