Monday morning mothership raid

I work nights and I seem to miss all of the fun stuff most of the time unless I have a night off. So, I was thinking that maybe there's enough other people around like me that would prefer to have some of the larger scale events take place during the daytime. That's why I decided kick this off. Starting next Monday (June 7) at 11 am est we will be having a weekly event. We'll kick it off with a Rikti Mothership raid in RWZ1. If there's enough interest and all goes well we'll probably do 2 or 3. Find me in-game. My global is @Ghoul Slayer. On that day I will be playing as Dark Flea.

I'm usually available in CoH around 11 am EST and after that. I'm in.

Thanks for 2 awesome runs today guys. If you attended, please post here to let everyone know. I got about 600 merits to add to the 300+ I already had. It is much appreciated. We're going to keep this going. Tomorrow we'll run on Virtue, same time different station. Next Monday back here on Freedom. After a couple of weeks to let it catch on I'll reserve Wed. and Thurs. mornings for redside hami raids on Virtue and Freedom. Thanks again. Cya in the funny papers.

Awesome that it worked out for you, I was dubious you'd have enough for a Monday morning for an east coast server. I'll look for you next week if I can hide COH behind a spreadsheet!

Awesome raid yesterday guys!! I nabbed over a thousand merits!! I forgot to post it then so I'm doing it now. If you were there please post here to let everyone know. I also want to thank everyone for coming so quickly. The teams filled really quickly for the first raid and enough people stuck around for the 2nd one that there was barely any waiting time. In fact, I kept the same team for both raids. Not a single player left. If not for the one crash that I had on the 2nd raid I probably would have walked with around 1500 merits. Btw, it looks like this is catching on much faster on Freedom than on Virtue. Would some of you guys mind switching over next Tuesday to give us a hand over there. Thanks.

Hate to say but yes there was. Two in fact but they didn't go so well. The first one was OK the second one was a flop.

Yeah, as Bronze Knight said there were 2 raids this morning that didn't go so well. The first one was good up until the time when people started jumping into the bowl while the GM was still there. I failed to take control of the situation and make sure that he was pulled out and dealt with before we went in. We had unknown persons shouting orders but it was my fault because I didn't maintain control. I'm sorry guys. As for the 2nd raid, I crashed about the time the first bomb was placed and it went downhill from there.

Man, I keep forgetting about Mondays with your runs. I'll have to set a calendar reminder. :P

I will be out of town and unavailable for the first two weeks of August. I need a volunteer to run the raids for those two weeks.

I play this game to get away from stress. I'm done with these raids.
