Also, when I looked at your build I was very impressed with it. It seemed that you knew a lot about building strong characters because how finely tuned the build was. However, it looked sorta familiar.

If you're going to try to pass off someone else's build as your own at least change the name of the build. Keeping the name "Iggy's Will" is sort of a dead giveaway.
This isn't to say that you shouldn't use builds that other people make. I've posted dozens of builds and I am flattered when people use them. But it does irk me just a bit when I see people say they came up with it all on their own. If you would've stated before hand to the effect that you found Iggy's build and wanted to change things up a bit, I think I would be much more sympathetic. But you didn't do that.
Also, do you realize that this is a variant of build Iggy used to solo the Master of ITF? I'm boggled as to why you'd even want to mess with it to begin with?
I was just about to comment on how good the build you made was, but then read Fury Flechette's post and clicked on the link he gave. I've now got only one word that I can use to reply to this... BUSTED!

In terms of the build, I'd say keep it as is. If it can solo an MoITF, it doesn't need modifying in any way. I'm tempted to steal it as well, and convert it for my BS/WP scrapper. I think it'd work well on him, and all the power selections would fit in exactly the same way as with a Katana scrapper.

This is going to cost you a fair bit more and it's only a slight defense and resistance improvement (as well as using a whole 0.05/s less end!), so it's probably not even worth the effort. Ignore the fact I've exchanged Katana for BS, because all the def and resistance totals are the same for either powerset using this build.

Yea, I thought the build looked similar, especially since I used the same build as a starting point for my Kat/WP. I'm by no means into the solo challenges that folks do, but I know a good build when I see one. I also give Iggy credit when people ask me about my build, as that's only fair.

As I said before, no one cares if you use Iggy's builds or someone else's. Iggy wouldn't have posted it if he cared if someone used it. However, you don't even mention in your OP that you found it as opposed to making it yourself. Instead by asking us to modify it and to give feedback on it, you implicitly lead us to believe that the build is less than optimal, i.e., an original creation or build you modified to your own tastes. That's where you crossed the line into thievery.
Stealing builds is not that bad. Stealing skill, on the other hand, can get pretty ugly!

The thing that really annoys me is that someone steals a build and reposts it, and gets a shed load of replies. Yet someone who posts a build of their own seems less likely to get replies.
The build I posted with all the HamiO's, is it worth spending all the extra money on for the small defensive improvements it gives?

Hey, I have a build I'm in the process of completing to 50, and now's it's time to start modifying him and getting him to be a true beast. This is my first time really getting into my scrapper, Katana/wp has been fun since level one but I'm not really sure how to slot em for ultimate defense and still be able to kill.
