The Eye Roll Smiley does work. It's just that your browser doesn't refresh fast enough for the first activation and it's on a 60 minute cooldown timer.
Slot it for recharge and stare at the screen for 30-35 minutes.
He's looking down on you disdainfully, smiling in his knowledge that you can never reach his level.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
Pfftt to the rolling eye smiley. What we really need is an evil grin smiley!

Try this: the next time someone says something that makes you exasperated (maybe even what I'm writing now?) imitate the expression on that smiley. Go head, smile and look at the tip of your nose. Does that expression convey annoyance, peevishness, sarcasm?
