Have you checked your NCSoft Master account?
It might be a "disconnect" if your e-mail doesn't match up.... just a thought.

Yikes ... I never thought of that - log in to your NCSoft Master account and be sure that you still have sole access to it. Friends of mine have recently had their accounts hacked and stolen (we play Aion together sometimes)...

Loud noises!
There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.
Disconnect? I've never fallen for a phishing scam after an incident with WoW that made me have to have an authenticator I DIDN'T HAVE. The email would not have changed. I'm the only one with the account info.

Perfect Storm and others have mentioned a problem with accounts being hacked if you've played one of NCSoft's other games... Aion, I think, was vulnerable to being used as a "back door" of sorts for hackers. It couldn't hurt to double check, jus' sayin'.

I don't have Aion. Funny that they try to phish me for a game I don't have via email tho.

Just re-iterating this. There is no harm in double checking that this is not the issue, right?

And if that fails (i.e. it shows the correct e-mail), contact customer support by phone since no player is going to be able to resolve this issue:

That sort of thing happens all the time - somehow they get hold of your email address and you just get mass-mailed for stuff you don't necessarily have - it works really well for WoW, since they have such a huge subscriber base ... chances are they will get enought clicks on their phish to make the time spent profitable.

You'd be surprised at how many people think that something like THIS is a grammatically correct message sent by the game publisher:

Sad, but true ...
Getting back to your initial difficulty... I'll try to help by explaining my own email address situation: I have DSL and my email account through my phone company, which at one time was a small, local, family owned business. Let's call the company Alpine Telephone (not the real name, of course). My email address was "myname@alpine.com" (not my real email address, of course). The small, local, family owned Telco was bought out soon after I got the DSL service by a (I will be polite and politically correct here, even though I despise the company) larger, not local and not in the least bit family-oriented company that apparently "collects" small, local, family owned Telcos to add to its conglomeration. Let's call them HairJoint.com They gave me a new email address, "myname@hairjoint.net"... but they made my old email address an alias for the new one so that people could still use the "myname@alpine.com" address.
I use the "alpine.com" address as my official email address, simply because I really don't want to go through the hassle of changing my email address everywhere in the known universe (ok, small exaggeration - sorry

Is it at all possible, even though you are using the same email account you've always used, that the email address in the headers is different than the one you believe you are using? Given the type of scenario above?
Just one possibility.
Sorry to be so long-winded.

Actually, that is TYPICAL. They spam millions of email accounts and hope they get lucky. I get phishing emails every so often warning me about my account at EBay - which I don't have, or my accounts at various banks - where I have never done business, etc.

From the description at the top of these forums:
Since you seem unwilling to take the advice given, I suggest you go through the official support channels. A phone number has been provided, use it.

ah oops. Wait I can't email them if my email is the wrong one, thus is the point of the issue.
Log in to your master account on the above provided link and update your ticket through the Support page, rather than your email.
Seems that way. So, I'm done.
I'm certain it'll get worked out eventually till then I will use the work around never said I wouldn't, just that I'd prefer email
