How Many Free Costume Tokens Do You Have?

I think my highest had about 30? Then I blew a few to customize his powers and just recently I had to go do that again due to the bug that wiped them. (Funnily enough I discovered that I wasn't really all that upset to have to redo those, even though I know I didn't get them the same as they once were.)
My oldest characters are in the 50-60 range. The average will be between 20 and 30 I guess. My higher level characters hardly ever change their costumes anymore and for my lower level ones I strangely enough find it a waste to use a free token on a tailor fee of just a few 10 -100k, so I end up paying instead

most of my characters have tons of them because nobody is poor enough to care about tailor fees. I do a lot of fiddling, but when you have a swimming pool full of doubloons to swim around in the cost doesn't register.
I think the last time I used one was on a low level character I hadn't played for a longish time who got a head to toe makeover after I picked up the Magic booster.
