Lvl 41-46 IO market Hero side ?

that stuff usually dont move fast.
I´v had a bunch of non 50 acc/dam and dam/end devastations on the ww for a week now below average sales. Will probably throw them back into a bin when i cba.

There is some, but not a lot. Most people in that range save merits and tickets to roll when they hit 50. So only the ones that drop and don't get vendored appear on the market. Kind of a shame as i'd love a robust level 40-45 market for exemplaring.

When i was doing the MLC thing in my chosen level range (36) most of my inf was made on things that are desrable at all levels. Oblits, Decimations and some other stuff i cant remember now.

There's a game theory thing going on- if people generate (say) level 38 stuff in quantity, people will buy level 38 stuff and a market develops. If people want level 35 stuff in quantity, people will generate stuff to meet the need and a market develops. (To a lesser extent.)
Nobody seems to buy OR sell at level 31, 32, or 36 in my unscientific experience. I think stuff gets generated to some extent at 41 (Eden trial?) so you might try there, but after that I think it's pretty much sprint to 50.

Stuff moves slow, but it does move. I have so many characters I play so seldom I don't care if it takes a month to move. I'll still log in to see money =) I post what I get. And if someone has it for sale, I'll buy a level 41 over a level 50 anyday. In fact, I'll save so much money I'll buy three level 41s over one level 50 =).

I almost always buy 40-42 IOs, in case I want to run the 5th Column ourob TF. I almost never have trouble buying them, except for Thunderstrikes, which get rare a lot of the time. I do tend to plan ahead a bit.
I also roll whenever I get 20 merits, so I do produce a few of the Cs from time to time.
Is it me or is the hero side 41-46 range market slim pickings I can find a lot of LVL 50 stuff but if I started shopping in the 41-46 it was kind of bare in a lot of areas. Is there a way to revitalize this market or am I just crazy and it is there I am just missing something.
