How To Figure Out Final Toon and Bot Def and Bots/Traps Build
You're massively overbuilt for defense. With two defense IOs, the protector bots will give you about 11% defense to all. At the same time, your pets are underbuilt for defense, at less than 30%. I'd try to work Maneuvers from the Leadership pool in somewhere, and place the Edict of the Master and Sovereign Right uniques in one of your pet summons.
Unless you want Mace Mastery for thematic reasons, I'd drop it for one of the Patron Pools with a resistance shield (resistance is applied before bodyguard mode, so the effects are magnified). Mu Mastery has an anti-knockback AoE immobilize, so it's popular among bots masterminds.
I didn't really read through the post fully as I'm about to go out but the protector bots give around 7.5% def I believe.
You need 33.8% def to be softcapped once the pro-bot shields you (assuming two def IO's in it)
Each probot only gets one casting, but all others get two castings so they need 22.6% def to be softcapped
FFgen is good for 15-16%, pet IO is good for 5%, manuevers (if you go that route) is good for 4%

My only request is to keep teleport as the travel power. It's my favourite form of travel. I know its easier with other pools, in fact I already have soft-capped builds, but I never managed to pull something together with Teleport. Hope someone here with superior build-fu can manage it. Thanks for your time
Incidentally, if you want to see exactly how much defense the protector bot shields are giving you, you can find that information in your detailed numbers window. (Also, if it's like the shield from the Ember Demon, your bots probably get more defense from it than you do.)

Hey,
When figuring out my final Def values, and the values for my bots, what should I be doing? I have the feeling that the final Def value is NOT the final in game value after the Protector bot shields you. Is this correct? How much will the bot be adding? How can I figure out my bots final def values w/o making the build and then seeing in game?
I am finding Bots/Traps to be some pretty complicated builds with all the options that are out there that seem to work. What do you guys think of this build for single target? (E.g. AV, GM etc...)
