I'm not starred in Steeles picture and ND you have 4. Not starred in GEL picture either Oversites etc its something we do that is personal. If I was passing out stars I would probably give myself 3 stars cause some times even I don't want to team with me. Its a system that can be useful if you need it but I was serious when I said You would rather not be stared by me then have some, cause the more stars the more likely you did something during the team/event or sent pm/tell that made me say you're on your own, falling just short of Ignore becaue mine is full spammers. My stars generally carry notes which thankfuly are also private. Nuff said.

My system is simple
5 * - SG / Coalies / people I know I can joke around and they understand
4 * - Good players that I meet during events or PUGs that are REALLY good.
3 * - Average Players
2 * - They dont know how to play but I will give them another shot.
1 * - I wont team with them.
0 * - People I have not met and need to.
Thanks to all of the Sisterhood events going on, I have most everyone here in the 4 - 5 star range.
Here's a few I took. No GUI in them, though. No stars either

As far as note/star rating systems goes.....I do this...
If you're on my global friend's list and/or in the LEGION SG, or in the Sisterhood I don't star you since I figure I know you're 'good' already. 
Everyone else is random...usually 1 star means "NOOOOO"....sometimes 2 stars means it too...
The main thing I do is jot down in the 'note' section what that person's star rating means. Just wish there was a "-1 star" or a "DO NOT WANT" type of checkbox (could be called the, "join this guy's team and make sure chats are logged for hilarity doth ensue!"). :P
To be honest, I haven't made too many notes/stars for people. I don't really team up with random peeps....I get irritated from the random pugs usually. :P

blatant copyright infringement (making something in satire is different from makin DEADpool1345)
griefing mobs or ignoring the leader
ANY offense against the SG or towards SGs that are respected by UPP
or a lvl 1 in wentworths begging for influence and a PL

My star system is easy...
5 stars...Legion members, exHDS members & all around great players.
4 stars...done more than 2 tf/sf with.
3 stars...done a TF/SF with
2 stars...teamed in a pug.
1 star...someone I've teamed with and will never do so again if it can be helped.
Much easier to keep track of who's who this way. In the notes section I always add what TF/SF and alt I was playing at the time.

Those that appeared were the ones that frequent the more active global channels or who were notified at the time that the picture was happening. Even if we could get every single persons Main Toon from Liberty in the picture it would definitely be more than the zone limit.
