What constitutes copyright infringement?
They don't delete.
If a character is reported and a GM determines it is in violation (trademark in the looks department not copyright by the way) they will give you a costume change token and set you to generic tights. If a name is in violation they will rename you to Generic1213114144 (some number) and you will need to submit name suggestions to them for a rename.
total kick to the gut
This is like having Ra's Al Ghul show up at your birthday party.
Generally, if you have to ask "will this get me generic'ed", the answer is probably yes. For costumes, there might be some leeway in style, so it depends on how "Wonder Woman-y" you're talking. Doing a patriotic motif certainly on its own isn't enough. On the other hand, if you're putting it in a strapless one-piece with streaks of gold and bracers...then yeah, I could see that getting hit.
My wife's "Amazing Amazon" never got hit, and she's pretty Wonder Woman-y.

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
Well, she's got long brown hair, a tiara, a red bustier, gold cuffs, blue bottoms, red boots...basically Wonder Woman without the stars. I just really like the costume!
That won't be an issue. If someone does report you, you have the chance to discuss the matter with a GM anyway, and you have a lot of ground to argue your point.

Allied to all sides so that no matter what, I'll come out on top!
Oh, and Crimson demands you play this arc-> Twisted Knives (MA Arc #397769)
If I make a character that looks Wonder Woman-y, but she isn't named that, will it get deleted?
