Human/Dwarf form Warshade: Viable?

Taking a second look at all the Warshade powers, I'm contemplating trying out a dual-form build over a Tri-form one.

Is it worthwhile to do a Warshade without a Nova form?

Echoing this.

I rarely spend time in human form. Usually just enough to cast eclipse, mire, stygian circle, or summon a fluffy ball of doom.

The rule is: If I'm in human form long enough to toggle a shield, I've stayed in human too long.

Nothing beats flying around with a 157.5% damage bonus, 85% resist all, and a nearly full AoE attack chain.

I've never even bothered taking the human-form shields...

I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

Please note that I never said I took any of them.

Actually, I do have one, because it was either that or orbiting debt. Nice spot for a kb protect or the +3% defense unique, though.

As a person who favors scrappers and tanks, I'm happiest playing my warshade as mostly dwarf. I use human form for traveling between spawns, throwing some control and buffs at the beginning of a fight, and summoning pets and recovering endurance at the end. Damage is not very high, but it's safe and effective enough for my tastes. I do have Nova in the build, though, with a basic level of slotting in the attacks; it's handy on teams where someone else is handling the aggro and I can focus on damage.

Dual form can be quite viable. I have 3 WS, the main one is a tri-former, the other 2 are dual formers human/dwarf. Each built a bit different from the other for some variety as well as thematic reasons.

Same goes for my 3 PB.

Go for it. Bi-Forms were considered much more useful than Tri-Forms for a long time before they changed how Kheldian inherents worked. Try and focus on the Human Form's mezzes and pet summoning as well as its attacks. You'll get some really sweet results.

Too many alts to list.

I'm curious if this works the other way - would I end up filled with regret later if I just did human/nova?
