If it's been announced somewhere, I don't know about it.
Which makes said announcement rather unlikely.

Funny story... a member of the 1stMI posted about the March double-xp/reactivation a few days ago going "zomg! double ecks pee is coming!". Apparently, because ParagonWiki had it on the front page it had to be news, never mind the date in the fricken title said otherwise.

Historically the "summer" 2xXP weekend occurs like a week before the San Diego Comicon, which is July 22 - 25 this year.
But, as all those investment scams disclaim - past results are no guarantee of future performance.
