No IIRC Emperor Cole killed who he would have been many years ago.

according to the wiki http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Praetoria

near the bottom of the page it says that lord recluse found the well of furies with tyrant, but tyrant killed him before he became lord recluse, so basically he doesnt exist at the current time period

it also shows whats up with some of the other NPCs that dont have huge infuence in praetoria

Manticore's canon fodder has implied that a lot of it came down to who Maiden Justice "sided" with. Presumably, Recluse would have been a technologically-minded heroic fellow, stayed with his sister, and likely been rather a bit more reserved than his villainous counterpart Tyrant. It would seem that all Coles are fairly flamboyant individuals.

Hmm... I like that idea. If Marcus Cole hadn't killed Stefan Richter at the Praetorian Well of Furies, and Monica Richter had stayed with her brother rather than hooking up with Cole. That would be a significant change to the character setup. For one, Dominatrix would have never been born...

Considering the way the story played out on Primal earth, Cole and Ms. Richter hooked up after the whole shindig at the well. So, let's see how that played out on Praetorian Earth...

"By the way, Marcus...have you seen my brother lately?"
"..."

I can really understand and sympathize with Tyrant's iron-fisted freedoms.

He may still have turned out bad, maybe a Rogue rather than a Villain, but he'd probably still have joined the Resistance to get revenge on Tyrant - there are people in the Resistance who'd be classed as Villains/Rogues on Primal Earth.

It has some not so nice people in it - that doesn't make the whole organization evil

Just like there'll be some ok people working for Tyrant - which won't make his dictatorship good

well, I guess his counterpart would be Lord SOCIAL!
