I don't get it.
Are you saying the critique is invalid because you can't control the mini-map? While that is true, you CAN choose what map you use for any mission and stay away from those that have broken mini-maps.

In regards to your question Smurphy: I felt the original post spoke for itself but for you, I shall afford some clarification because we're close friends. The "awesomeness" lies in it's similarity to one of my favorite websites: http://clientsfromhell.tumblr.com/ which is a blog dedicated to the irrational complaints of many many clients. I've had experiences like this in the past and when the above comment about my work popped up, it stood head and shoulders above the rest of the comments, and while not all comments were glowing praise, nobody said anything so irrational.

To explain further, sometimes stories require a particular setting. If that setting is only available in one map (or two or three), you have to accept the possible deficiencies of those maps and go forward. OR, you could change the story to fit the deficiencies of said map(s) but again, in some cases, that would be like setting Star Wars underground (or underwater).
Forgive me if that sounds patronizing, especially given the forum section, but I thought someone needed to point that out.

Mainly his complaints were absurd because 1) The maps were/are not missing in extensive testing by several people including myself 2) If a mini-map is NOT available, it is by design. I know some maps are that way by design. I believe the INTERIOR of the prison outbreak is like that, but really how much of a map do you need for the 50 feet or so of prison?
In short, after 45 ratings, nobody has ever mentioned a missing mission map OR prisoners not following. I suspect he's just having issues with the game on his end and then flipped his wig. In the end, I found the fury of his complaints to be very very funny. I suppose humor is subjective and not shared by anyone else here. Fair enough.
After seeing this post, I had to try the arc for myself.
I don't see the "fury" in his comments. In fact, most of what he said is not completely off base.
There is not a map for the prison part. While the interior of the prison is fairly small, if you are completely unfamiliar with the map you could conceivably have some difficulty.
I didn't have the the problem of the prisoners not following me as they spent the whole time attacking me, so I "arrested" them. I can see where that mission could be a tad annoying trying to figure out what is the correct inmate to rescue.
That being said, the arc as a whole is far better that the mountains of garbage a person tends to run into with MA arcs. If I had any criticism it would be minor, the mixing of Crotoa, KR an Brickstown locations was a bit different and overall it was a bit close to a Scarecow from Batman/Michael Myers clone.
I would not stress out over one persons comments. I found it a fun arc overall. Definitely one that I would run again and recommend for people to try.

So, my arc "Evil By Inches" was a concept piece and admittedly, it was intended to be tricky in the prison, as to the prisoners... I've gotten very positive feedback thus far and this one came out of the blue. Is anyone as baffled as I am?
I had to share this one as it stands alone, a monolith of awesomeness.
