Looks good though. I'd switch out fitness for Leadership.
They fixed the bug were being mezzed meant you got kbed. Drop the kb ios for other goodies. And yes drop fitness for leadership if you can. Being able to track people when they flip on invis is extremely nice.

You don't need both Phase and Hibernate, and I'd really recommend not taking Hibernate on a zone build (you'll get camped, a lot).

my stalker can survive running just indom will, tactics, heightened sense, ss , cj and stealth. I havent slotted it properly yet so my reovery is ***.
So i use hib when rest is recharging.
invisi and phase is good enough to get away.
Would it be more worth it to take SoW or water spout? I really just nabbed hibernate as an extra mechanism since I will primarily be hit and run... SoW offers a bit of recovery uptime but so does hib, just different uses. I didnt see any good builds with SoW so i dropped it.
The problem with SoW is that you can't change its recharge and its crash will drop 50% of your end, which can be a problem if you don't have Stamina. You should be able to get enough end recovery/+max end through sets where you don't really need it, and there aren't any good set bonuses offered by the resistance sets that you can really take advantage of (most of them give +hp, but you should be able to self-cap without having to rely on that much).

I changed a whole bunch around once I got 50 and started slotting. I gave up on the panacea proc as well as glad jav in sharks because i dont want to pay another 4 bil for a little extra after DR. I picked up water spout and the pet for a 31.5% dmg buff, 2.4 end/s 1.55 end use/s and i seem to do fine as long as I pay attention to it, the end is actually less of a problem than I thought it would be. I think I can still move a few things around, but it looks good.

That helps (it contibutes a small but not insignificant amount and means you don't have to spend so many slots building for +dam in addition to everything else), but it's also for the +percep, +tohit, and res(-percep) in Tactics.

I took placate over hibernate, couldnt find room for everything. What did I miss? Any tips? Ideas, Nub mistakes, etc? This is my first stalker build so I could use the support.
