Where do you normally hang out for your RP?

That would be the source of your problem then. Pocket D RP is usually something that doesn't represent RP of the server well. Why don't you try to look for an RP Super Group to join? There are many wonderful groups here on Virtue.

Well besides Pocket D and under Atlas where else is the RP located? And how would I go about finding decent RPSG/VG's?

The Teen Phalanx, a teen oriented SG, that has recently (as in a few months now) started allowing in non teens (and teens that have stopped being teens), in as mentors.
We RP in the base, in missions, have RP events setup, weekly meetings.
Sometimes the RP is storyline based, sometimes it's everyone chatting IC.
Also do RP missions and RP TFs.
It's a Moderate-Heavy RP SG.
And we don't have a tendency to limit the RP to certain rules (for instance, there are members with powers that just can't be explained with in game powers)...so we're quite excepting...or powers that use close power sets, but not as explained by the power descriptions (as an example...we have one member who is really 55ft tall, with the ability to shrink...and grow/shrink others...just can't get that power outside of just RPing it).
SG has been active for over 2 years (3 years in July). With established RP rules...and a website...here.
Also coalitioned with Jadewire, another RP heavy SG.
They are out there, and I'm sure if you look through this forum, you can find an active RP SG that fits your style. I think that's probably one of the more important things...you need to find a group of CoH RPers that fit your style of RPing.

1. Join Virtue teaming and RP global channels
2. Find an RP SG--no, don't accept random invites to prestige farms in Atlas, generally you have to apply to the decent SGs out there. Check the threads at the top of the boards.
3. Stay in character when you can. RP can be a casual thing around here at times--if you aren't RPing, people won't RP back. But if you do RP...chances are folks are going to notice and do the same.

Is there anywhere that I can post my alt's information for the various SG's to look over? (I am still going to look over the SG at the top of the board.)

Yeah, The D is "RP Lite". You seem to have stumbled onto a bunch of Bleach Fans, which is fine. But it's not indicative of the server as a whole.
Personally, I'd recommend checking The Cape Radio out and joining their channel, or joining the RP Virtue Channel.
The Cape advertises Super Groups all the time, and there are tons of SGs that cater to a variety of character types.
I'm a member of two. Phoenix Insurrection, which is a Rogue Isles Vigilante/Rebel group, and Solarium Sanctis, which is a group for reformed super villains.
Also of the top of my head, I can think of VGs like Weapons Union (I think it's a mercenary group), The Inhuman League (For Non-Humans), Cupidita Regnum or something spelled like that (Noble Demons), Montblanc Asylum um... Inevitable Evolution is a Mutant themed one that's fairly small but it's in an active Coalition, same with the Rogue Isles Protectorate.
Blueside there are groups like Gods of the Golden Age (and Young Gods of the Golden Age), which are Golden Age themed. Um... Wolfcry Division, American Legion, S.C.O.R.P.I.O., Children of Egypt, Justice Girls... I have less Blueside experience to draw upon, so more suggestions there would be great.

Actually you can really get creative over at www.virtueverse.com or 'the other one' (sorry i cant remember the name at the moment If I find it, I will edit this post.) They allow you to build your own page focusing around your character. Its a pretty good place to start if you are looking to build a type of 'resume' for your characters.
Yeah, sounds like you have been hanging out in the upper blueside bar.
The people here all have had good suggestions on how to expand your RP. The D is a weird place overall, and I should know as I spend most of my time there around The Cape shows (which usually have some open RP going on besides some storylines depending on who is there).
The biggest thing I can suggest is to just not give up. Don't let people tell you how to RP your character, but also be respectful of other's RP style, and do it everywhere.

Just remember the ArPees are sneaky and cunning like the deadly ninja...they wait in poorly lit global channels and unsuspecting SG/VG bases to leap out and bury you in fun 
But pretty much all the best advice has already been given...global channels, keep an eye out for events, hit the Cape shows (and their global channel as well), browse Virtueverse (if nothing else, there's some great reading there) and when you hear invites to a SG/VG ask some questions and pay attention to what they're advertising...also read the bio of whoever's sending out the call to see if they've copy/pasted it from a Naruto fan site

Im happy to say at least 1 one of Domino33's toons found a home, in our troll "cape group".
Got'em on the email list already! We're very glad Domino agreed to join our little gang with his Troll.
We also recently moved as a group from Pinnacle (WHEN are the sg base xfers going to get created\enabled???) to Virtue, looking for more teaming opportunities. While our rp mostly consists of riffing (using troll talk)on anything we hear someone say, its still pretty darn fun.
As for "Pokkit D"; I usually stand in ther eon my Supatroll, Rocko. Schecky is right, its a wierd place. However, Ive seen some pretty heavy rp occur. I have even been invited to an RP AE arc that was VERY well done! Dont knock Pokkit D to hard tho, there are some good non trolls in there, but it takes time to find them, thats all. Well that and lots and lots of donuts...

Virtue TFs 2010 is a very good source of TF teams (or minions for TF teams if you like leading)
Virtue LFG Alpha is a more general channel for finding groups, personally though I don't see that many non-TF teams recruiting there but I do see people looking for teams there so it is a good recruiting tool
Virtuebadges 09 is a badging channel (d'uh!) but it's not uncommon to see TF teams advertising there
Hello, I recently transfered all my main toons from Pinnacle to Virtue server for the roleplay. Well I have been on virtue for over 2 months now and I can not seem to find any decent RP it all is ether erpz or, its a case where I try to rp and I get "told off". Aside from that the only time I have been able to find decent RP is when a SG/VG tries to recruit me but then shortly there after I rarely speak to anyone again. (Dead SG/VG's) I have also noticed that 3/4ths of the RP on virtue goes by "rules" set in place by the anime called bleach, (Which is fine) but they expect you to conform to their rules, which if you have a non-spiritual related charater that's kind of hard. Other than my RP issues I can not ever seem to find a group to do missions with and im begining to lose hope, that's the whole reason I left pinnacle (I could not find a team, ever).
So after posting my wall of text QQing, any tips or advice on what to do or where to go?
