I've read somewhere that by March 2, players can pre-order Going Rogue at the ncstore. ...I can't find the post atm to link but that's the date I'm remembering.

The Complete Collection will be available both digitally and at retail (in North America) starting in July and cannot be prepurchased (only the separate expansion can be prepurchased). Starting at launch in July, players who prepurchased or bought just the separate City of Heroes Going Rogue expansion will be able to upgrade to the Complete Collection. The upgrade will include the Complete Collection Item Pack, but it wont include any game time. Prepurchase Only the separate City of Heroes Going Rogue expansion will be available for prepurchase. The Complete Collection will not be available for prepurchase, nor are there any incentives for preordering it at retail. Prepurchasing the separate City of Heroes Going Rogue expansion will give you early access to the Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning power sets. Dual Pistols will be available immediately once the prepurchase program starts in early March. Demon Summoning will become available starting in April. You will get both power sets early if you prepurchase. Complete Collection Item Pack For those who prepurchase the separate City of Heroes Going Rogue expansion, but also want the Complete Collection Item Pack, starting on launch day in July, we will offer an upgrade to the Complete Collection. The upgrade will include the Complete Collection Item Pack but will not include any game time. The pricing for the upgrade hasnt been set yet. We hope this clears the majority of your questions up! Was supposed to be able to pre-purchase March 2nd but the NCsoft Store doesn't have it up yet.

NCSoft website and store back up but no GR pre-order.

Calling support in U.S. (as of last night) gets you 45 minutes of holding in que to finally get to number one to be disconnected with a message of system issues.
Do they even have a marketing team or know what marketing is?

They actually said pre-ordering/purchasing would be end of February but that didn't happen.

So calculations were correct. The only benefit of prepurchasing is to get early access to the new sets. Otherwise, overall the upcoming boxed set will cost significantly less, if you want all the stuff (including the $15 worth of game time). And that is still without knowing what the price will be on the items pack itself.

I've seen a few posts about reserving Going Rogue...but where exactly do you reserve it IF we can yet? A friend said something about dual pistols on double xp weekend too for reserving, yet I can't find WHERE to??? Plus I want all the bonus stuff for reserving it! Any help?
