Going Rogue is nice and all but...

Why couldn't they proliferate the AT's?

You could still have the GR system to switch back and forth.

We don't know that they're not. It's still 6 months from release, and at least 3 from beta, I think it's safe to assume we don't know everything yet.

New Content and a New Expansion out on the Market to show the Game is still around with Champions Online and DC Online coming out.

They are adding in a lot of new things. This is the first paid expansion since City of Villains and even then their expansion is cheaper than WOW's expansions when they first come out.

I love the idea of a new world and new system and new engine for the game. As well as so many new features they are bringing in.

It is not just the switching sides that is going to make this work but all the other features and graphic upgrades that are needed.

I'm not sure I know what you are asking, because to me it looks as though they did. You can play hero AT's redside and villan AT's blueside. How much more could they proliferate them?

I think they mean, "why can't I start a Stalker in Outbreak, rather than have to either go rogue, or start a neutral one in Praetoria".

@Golden Girl

City of Heroes comics and artwork

Because the content is awesomely fun to play?

Always remember, we were Heroes.

Since you can start a character of any AT in Preatoria, the only issue is at what level you will be able to take that character to Paragon City or the Rogue Isles. If we call that level "X" then:

From 1-X:
In Paragon City you can only play 5 ATs
In Rogue Isles you can only play 5 ATs
In Preatoria you can play all 10 ATs

From X-50:
All ATs Proliferated to all three areas.

I kind of have to ask what is meant by "Proliferating the ATs" that wouldn't be sufficiently achieved by being able to start any AT (except for the EATs) in the Preatorian start area.
