Dual Blades / Fire seems very uncommon

Is there a guide for this build by chance? Having a hard time finding a good one.

This is my first Brute and I am focusing more on damage and less on tanking. I have a leveling pact with a Stalker and am looking to mainly PVE but dip into a little PVP here and there.

Any advice or comments on the spec in general? Thanks

You're right, it is incredibly uncommon, and I'd have no suggestions on even where to start on that combo. Just the basics, really:

-Get a KB IO slotted ASAP.
-Combat Jumping covers your immob prob
-Kismet 6% is a good idea to help you not miss those combos.

If you are going to focus more on damage than tanking, I'm going to suggest a recharge/HP build. You still will benefit from taking tough, but you can skip weave.

Crushing Impact in 4 single-attacks (5 slots)
Doctored Wounds in Healing Flames (5 slots, and skip the heal/end one)
Titanium or Impervium armor in your resist toggles. Either HP or recovery.

Someone with more knowledge on DB can help you. I hate the set, only because of that 5% chance to miss ruining combos.

Since I really didn't care for Stalker playstyle, but wanted to team with my Stalker friend and still melee, I figured it'd be a decent choice. I am taking the stealth and speed pool for my main spec so I can stealth missions with my friend. It's not necessarily too late to reroll if anyone can give me a better suggesions for a good Brute build to paired with a Stalker. I like the idea of a self-heal + decent AOE capability.

I have posted a Fiery Aura/Dual Blades guide in the Tank section. You will find a lot of the information helpful but obviously there will be some differences particularly what combos you will take and how to mix your Epic Power Pool with the rest of your abilities.

Ahh i dont believe I am about to say this. But you might want to consider DA instead of Fire. It comes with a stealth power. So you dont have to buy the power pool and that stealth power give immbolize protection so you dont need combat jumping for immbol protection. DA stealth power is really good stealth asell. Also has an AE damage toggle like blazing aura. If you skip the fear and stun toggles and just get the resist toggles, stealth, damage and the heal you should be good. The Dark regeneration heal is amazing. Also end monster but if you slot it right its better the Healing flame. Its a complete heal.

Or hey by a stealth enchancement and go with anything you like. There ya go.

WM/EA to pair with a Stalker. It's just too pretty and strong. Sure, /Dark Armor has Cloak of Darkness, but it's not pretty.

/EA is the "heavy Stalker" Brute secondary anyway, and it'll be funny watching Hide suppress and Energy Cloak not suppress... which leaves the Stalker tanking for the Brute. Not that I've ever done that and then giggled wildly or anything. Much.

Well, duo with a Stalker you say?

Id go with Energy Armor, and then with either Claws, or Energy Melee.The Armor gives you a Stealth power, and Claws or Energy Melee would be a good Thematic choice when paired with your Stalker friend.

You really don't need a stealth power to stealth missions. Superspeed + stealth proc should be good enough for most things if you wanna stick with /FA.

Yeah DB/Fire is pretty rare I do have one at lvl 37 so far not bad pretty decent for aoe carnage
