Ninja Run: Slot sprint or swift?
if you put a run IO in sprint (that alone wll do significantly more than swift)
as you get higher in lvl, ninja run actually gets faster anyway.
You honestly get more out of Hurdle than either Sprint or Swift.
Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

If you want to do the run/jump/flip...run/jump/flip...bunny-hop style of movement, then Sprint+Hurdle+NinjaRun is actually faster than Sprint+Swift+NinjaRun.
If, however, you don't want to be bunny-hopping everywhere (personally I hate it),
then Sprint (default slot) + Swift (default slot) + NinjaRun puts you pretty much at the same speed as capped flight.
Currently, I'm running my lvl 28 scrapper with:
Sprint (SO run)+Swift (SO run)+Quickness (SO run)+NinjaRun and he's running at ~54 mph.
Now, he's got Quickness which helps, but he's also not at the level 50 point yet either (so I figure those are about a wash by time the lvl 50 scaling and lvl 50 IO's are considered in).
Overall though, if you really want to spend extra slots, slots in Sprint will give you a bigger boost than slots in Swift.

Hello, my name is Soulwind and I have Alt-Itis.
if you really want extra speed slot some IOs wth run speed bonuses (gift of the ancients(proc), aegis(2 needed), to name a few)
Thanks guys! I will concentrate my slots on sprint, and whenever I do a respec I may switch out Swift for Hurdle, since I do enjoy hopping.

So, even if you racked up 20% speed bonus from IO sets/procs, that's only an extra 2.864 mph.

Hurdle
If you are talking jump speed, Hurdle. Even with Super Jump, Hurdle is as good as a couple of jump SOs.

Oh, and to the OP's question about slotting; if you're going to add a slot to anything put it in Sprint; you'll get much more mileage out of it. Personally I doubt I'd bother adding a slot myself but that's the place to put it if you do.

On my ill/TA troller, I'm forgoing a travel power, using Ninja Run and Raptor Pack. I have the base slot in sprint (1 run), the base slot in swift (1 run), and three slots in hurdle(3 jump). Once I get high enough level, I will drop a slot from hurdle, cos two high level IOs are within spitting distance of three SOs/SO-level IOs.

For the first time, I'm trying to get by without a travel power. I have ninja run, as well as Swift from the Fitness pool. Would I be better off adding extra slots to Swift or Sprint? I want to get the maximum speed and jump that I can, but only want to devote two slots to it.
Thanks!
