Thank you, thank you...
Can levelling pacts be broken yet?
Oh, going rogue, that looks good. Is that implemented, or just talked about?
Leveling pacts have always been capable of breaking.

I had to cancel my account about... eight months ago. Now I'm back.
Barring specific class changes (I'll read up on those on my own), what'd I miss? |
I15 had mostly a new TF, but it's pretty decent (more fun villainside, I would say), and different than most of the other TFs. Some new costume options, and Dominators got revamped for villains, if you have any of those.
I14... not sure if you were there for that, but that was the Architect issue, where they added player created missions. A lot happening there, and there are a lot of good player arcs. You can start out with the dev choice arcs, but there are a lot of other good arcs made by players.

Synopsis: Explore the fine line between justice and vengeance as you help a hero of Talos Island bring his friend's murderer to justice.

Great, awesome.
I was here for 14, yes. I remember the Architect. Nothing after that.
We can walk now? Awesome. How?
I'll have to check that out.
And power customization. That's gonna be fun.
Super sidekicking; your level is set to the mission leader or team leader; distance doesn't matter.
The difficulty settings are now much more flexible, and cost nothing to change. You can, for example, set a mission for +4 levels, 8 person team while solo if you like.
Level restrictions removed from most zones.
E mail can be turned off.
Some new Super Boosters were released for purchase.
Another round of power proliferation.
In-game sounds revamped.
Factions now have their own faction specific emotes.
Arc #40529 : The Furies of the Earth
There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.

Bugger, completely forgot to mention Super Side-kicking. Great, great feature. You can really adjust the difficulty levels while solo (you can face mobs meant for an eight-man team if you want), match the level of the mission your team has set without having to find a sidekick or exemp partner, etc.
And the factions having characteristic animations is pretty nice. Vahz really are pretty fun to watch now... and hilarious. 'til they start puking on you, of course.

Awesome. I'm glad I'm back, then.
Now to find people to play with...

? Wait, what? Pretty easy to find teams on any server. You can make your own, broadcast, search, and use your server's global channels to do that easy (it looks like you're on Virtue, so go to that part of the forums to find out what global channels to use). The global channels are used to shout out about teams running, TFs forming, etc. Added on top of all the other features CoX has, and it's easy to start or join a team.
