Well This might just be theory but i think Tyrant was controlling hamidon of Praetorian Earth remember that all the Prime Earth Villains might end up being the good guys and the Heroes of Prime Earth are the bad guys in Praetorian Earth. So if Hamidon was created by Science a Accident gone wrong and Tyrant found out what Hamidon can do and took control of him and Started the The war, just so he could gain power.

But again i could be wrong and there no different about hamidon of both worlds might just be evil monsters.

My question is--when did Marcus Cole, the ranger from Babylon 5, turn into Tyrant?

in the bio of my main, he regains memories and ends up helping the heroes in what I'd like to call "Hero Rehab" where he's on a tag on the leg and if he breaks the law or is outside his designated address he is teleported into the prison and his sentence is increased, but each criminal he brings to justice reduces his sentence. Kinda like Cyber City Oedo 808.

Unless some major retcons are in the works, i don't see how anyone (in-character) would buy any of this, even for a moment.
It does have an "I, Strahd" feel to it, doesn't it?
