It happens on occasion. Send an e-mail to support, or continue through the petition that you sent, and customer service should be able to clear it up for you.

Had it happen to me as well. I was missing my 60 and 63 Month vet rewards. Sent a petition in and in under 48 hours it was corrected.

That has happened with my last two or three, and it looks like it is happening again with my 33 month reward, which should have been awarded back on the 11th or 12th of January.
Guess it is time to petition it yet again (when I get around to it soon that is). This time after it is resolved, I will probably send a thank you with a note that I will talk to them again in three months when the 36 month reward fails to go through. 
does this make sense or is my ncsoft account wrong...
"total time paid" 4 years 6 month
"veteran reward time" 5 years 7 month
if i have paid for 67 month how can that be off by 13 month shouldnt it say 5 years 7 month also? I have petitioned but they said it was correct but it looks messed up to me lol.
Just hoping this doesnt screw up my entry to coh:gr beta

If you've got your 60+ month vet badges and/or your loyalty badge, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about come time for beta invites.
