Dream Team Rikti Mothership Raid-RWZ "Sticky Please"

I think for now. Unless said differently the Raids are gonna be down for a while. For personal reasons. Thank you for understanding.

I believe Shadow more or less meant to convey that he himself would no longer be leading the raids due to the fact that the past few times he or I or several others have helped run them, people have purposely tried to grief the raid.

I know I give Shadow a lot of Grief about certain things in game, but I won't deny that over the past few months he has at least gotten the raid down to his own personal science and it has been proven more than once it works IF people listen. But that is the other half, isn't it? Getting boneheads to listen to one person instead of running off to do their own thing. I for one am tired of the debtfest the raid has become over the past several weeks, and I will no longer personally be a part of the raid until things straighten out. It is senseless to waste 2 to 3 hours of game time on it.

And let me add, I know that not EVERY raid goes to plan, sometimes someone makes an oopsie, it happens. The GM gets accidentally pulled, whatever, but over the past month and a half, any raid I have been a part of has had an oopsie with either pulling the GM or pulling every possible mob to the main raid group. This leads me to believe that it is no longer that "once and a while mistake" but someone trying to ruin everyone else's fun.

I don't know who you are, but shame on you if what I speak is true. Shame on you and your 13 year old antics.

EDIT: I want to also make it clear this is not a personal attack on Shadow, he personally told me he was tired of running these raids because of the people he had to deal with. I for one don't blame him at all. I am tired of it too and I don't even lead the darn thing.

For those who miss the regular Rikti Mothership Raids, Earthclan Elite has begun running a regular RMR every Saturday evening, after their 4 PM Cathedral of Pain Trial. This past Saturday they ran two highly successful back-to-back Raids.

If you want to get in on the fun, keep an eye out in either Guardian or Level 50 Channels, or be in the RWZ around 5-6 PM PST for the kick-off. Runners are sent to all zones to broadcast the event before it starts, so if you're not in a mission or your SG base, you should catch wind of it.

I heard Lady Temptress was making a list and checking it twice to find out which DT members are still around. Who knows what is in store now from that tricky Lady! Stay tuned and find out.

This run will be ran by Lady Temptress with the help of her fellow Dream Team Members as team leaders. This run will be a test run to see if Dream Team is truly ready to try and run this on a normal bases or if we need more time. Please come join us at 9pm CST ((10pm EST)) to make this a good try for us!

And we also extend our deepest Thanks to Earthclan Elite for boldly, and very well I may add since I ran on their raids several times, taking over and keeping the Mothership Raids alive for as long as they did.

sounds like you guys think the rwz raid is some kind of hard thing and it really only needs one person to shout out which number to hit and which team gets which grate geeze not that complicated

i ran the first 6 actual raids on this server by myself when the raid hit live all those issues ago.trust me. its aint hard at all..infact its quite simple.

besides even if they cant for some reason thursday nights are still a go with empire of the damned sg doing it.

My post was, as Stated, only to show that DT was coming back to see if the GROUP could handle running Rikti Raids again. That in no way shape or form means that they think the raids are hard, because there not. What Lady Temptress worries MORE about is getting her SG back into the swing of the game after being gone for as long as they were. That is ALL tonight is really, her testing to see if her SG is ready to work together again running the raids like they use to.

Yes the leaders of DT are very much aware that anyone can run them. In fact if you read my post I did say they WELCOME others to start doing more! ((And heck Garden of Thorns has ran several themselves in the past when others were not around))

So please, no more argueing or acting like jerks to each other on the forums please. Especially you Inferno, I'll come witch smack you through your screen if you don't behave mister :P

Thank you to everyone that joined Dream Team for the raid last night. Had a great run and gots lots of merits... Only ran one run last night to get back in the swing of things. Hope to see everyone out next saturday at 9pm Cst, 10 pm Est, 6pm Pst that is the earliest I can run them due to RL work. Thank you for all those that lead teams for me... Inferno's "words" should not be taken as the official Dream Team manner. He has long since caused trouble for Dream Team by opening his mouth and trying to do what he thinks is "right" and get into a battle of words with others, despite no one giving him the prime authority to do so. Lady Temptress is a fine person, and has been nothing but supportive of the Hami raids and other people's RWZ raids. Are they huge undertakings? No, the Hami raids have become, from what I've heard of multiple people, as easy as cake, as well as the Cathedral of Pain trials which Omega runs, though admittedly, I can understand him giving up the Villain side portion due to the low villain population. Even the greatest general requires at least a decent sized army.

It's true, it doesn't take pure genius to lead any of these things, all it takes is someone who knows how to call out simple commands and for people to listen. I should also remind you all, that this is a game, and calling out people and challenging people over a game is childish, and furthermore, uncalled for. Several of us are happy Dream Team may be returning, not because of the raids, but for the pure fact that we liked these people and liked teaming with them. The raids only made it that much more fun. So get off your horse, no one is saying Dream Team is the only group that can run raids the right way, nor are we saying that the raids themselves are hard and require great effort. If you have a problem with Lady Temptress, any other member of DT or DT itself, don't show up to the raids. I for one like the group, and have always enjoyed their company as friends and fellow players.

I am not taking sides (as I rarely do), but if folks have issues, please take them to PM (either on the boards or in-game). We are adults and as such we all deserve to be respected. This is a game, an escape from our real lives and I for one, don't like drama in my game (and I can safely say the vast majority of folks would concur). RL gives us more than enough!

I did not attend the Dream Team run (RL), but I am glad to see them return to run these raids (and also thank EE for their efforts in filling in for DT). Hopefully, more SG's or individuals will run events as well to further enhance the game experience. These kinds of events, whether easy or hard bring the server community together. Posts like the previous ones, do not. In the end, I hope you all can resolve these issues between yourselves and not for all to see.

Welcome back, Dream Team and hopefully I can squeeze some time in one of these Saturdays and join in the fun.
