There is a low-mid hero arc that used it initially, and I think that is Tsoo Shenanigans but im not positive.

It's a standalone mission. Something about gathering samples of their tattooing inks. Level 15-20.

I think that map is also present in Viridian's arc, where you have to rescue Tub Ci (head of the Tsoo)
