solo, kb or 2v2?
Mine is Leviathan but I mostly do duels and 2v2s on it (the occasional kickball as well, but I've found Leviathan does fine there too).

not sure I would be so quick to say pb on a rad therm corr as there is not as much that benefits from PB as being able to take assault and tactics and get hibernate might be a better option.
It depends on how you play it - if your going to be using the stun pb will come in handy as it will for forge (giving out to hit) for kickball that would be nice...but in a 2v2 no perception can screw you...

pretty sure barrier has more exp than me playing a thermal..just saying no perception sux in a 2v2.
well it's not hard....just put the perception IO in forge or whatever it's called and get a teamate wit tactics.....or it's not too hard to pop a yellow every once in a while

you'll notice how even with sharks, good stalkers will go in for the AS then use sharks/impale as a follow up.
the real "issue" is elec. i dont AS in zone on my elec/ea. thunderstrike is just that good.
My only ranged attack on my stalker is mace beam -_-
But yea, as nice as PB is I really like tactics on my therm, even if only for MA/HE in 8v8s so my vote is for hiber also
I'm one of the few stalkers that still uses AS. But it's no doubt that sometimes shark is just easier. Sometimes I activate BU and at about the 8 second mark if I realize that I'm not going to be able to AS the target, I'll just spam a shark instead, so at least I don't waste my BU. No doubt that AS does a lot more damage though.
Basically, AS gives a single stalker at least a slight chance of getting a solo kill. Solo stalkers that just spam sharks are simply laughable.

What Patron would be workable for this combo. I could go Mako and grab hiber and have the leadership pool for tactics....however I could also go for Ghost Widow and grab power boost but I'd have to drop leadership and grab concealment pool for Phase?
I guess I'm just asking what would be most beneficial for arena. >.>
