What is "FAT"?

I ran a search of the forums and found nothing on this title. From what I gather, "FAT" has something to do with getting some sort of debuff when popping inspirations in PvP? I have no idea what this is and if it is something that exists, I would appreciate some info on the subject.

P.S. The only debuff I have noticed when popping inspirations in PvP is you have the travel suppresion added for a short time after popping them. Is there anything else?

Honestly can not remember the players name. Not even sure if he posts on these boards. Was dueling it out with my Stalker against him and popped a few greens when needed, as he noticed this, he said, "Be careful, those will cause you to get FAT."

Was just the way he said "FAT" in all caps that made me wonder if it was some sort of reference to a debuff. I asked him about it, but he never responded. So I just left it alone.

If it was a fc duel, or any duel that involves a stalker, he was prolly trying to make a joke and being very bad at it.

probably a joke since fc rules usually mean no inspirs.
