Inside any University (such a located in Steel Canyon, Founders' Falls, Cap au Diable, etc.).

Also, if you belong to a SG or VG, your base architect may have purchased and placed them.

(In the interest of completeness, there's also a Portable Workbench that can be earned via accolade, so if you know someone with that accolade they can summon the workbench for you at any location.)

Inside any university. Blueside, they're located in Steel Canyon, Croatoa and Founders Falls. Redside has one university in Cap au Diable, and Abandoned Labs in Port Oakes and St. Marital.

The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.

I love it when Forum neophytes come on here all apologetic-like, asking not to be Flamed, pre-emptively defend against Trolling accusations, and the like...not yet realizing that the denizens of these boards are simply the kindest, smartest, funniest, most generous and understanding gamers ON THE PLANET.

I've yet to see anyone get pounced on for asking a simple (legitimate) question here - unlike SO MANY OTHER gaming Forums.

I have a brand-new PC game that I was really enjoying, until I went on their Forums to ask some Newb questions, and got slammed for not already knowing these things about the game.

Since then, I've not booted the game once - the experience online completely soured my view of the game itself, to the point that I don't even want to look at the icon on my desktop, but can't bring myself to move it to the Trash just yet.

I recommend hitting the university in either Steel Canyon or Cap au Diable - go ahead and complete the Inventions Tutorial from the contact there and get a free IO!

Once you craft your wings, you have to visit a tailor to add them to your costume.

Tailors are located heroside in Steel Canyon, Independence Port, and Founders Falls; villainside in Cap au Diable and St Martial (I think. I never use the secon tailor redside); and shared zones Rikti War Zone (accessible from Atlas Park, Founders Falls and Perigrine Island blueside, Cap au Diable and Grandville redside) or Pocket D (in the VIP room, only accessible if you have the Good vs Evil version of the game).

If you're blueside, hit up Steel Canyon. It has your Icon, University, and Wentworths (for buying all the other costume bits now that you are addicted) for all your needs.

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.

The equivalent redside location is Cap Au Diable, with the main transit ferry, black market, unversity, vault building, sg portal, midnight club and vanguard rwz entrance all in walking distance of each other.

If you like a bit more peace and quiet while crafting, St. Martial has the black market and abandoned lab building connected by a short walkway.

This is a good option for any crafting (if you don't have an SG with the worktables) since you can get here from Atlas Park, Founders Falls and Peregrine Island.

The Atlas Park connection is useful at low level since you don't have to set foot outside the Vanguard base. The portal from Atlas takes you right inside the base, there are no enemies in there, and you can return to Atlas via the same portal.

Please note, though, there are TWO KINDS of worktables in the Vanguard base. The small ones are the Invention Worktables. The larger ones are only used for crafting items purchased with Vanguard Merits.

You know... I almost asked if I could have your stuff. But then I re-read it for the 2nd time and went... oh... You weren't talkin about this game.

Carry on!!

Which is accessed via the Vanguard building just south of Ms. Liberty in Atlas.

I recommend waiting until at least lvl 22 to do the mission so that you can select the most powerful IO as your reward (lvl 25). Thats what I normally do.
