Since I finally decided to look here to see if my problem was only with my account, game-wide, or otherwise, I'm glad to see others have had the same problem. At least your problems have been resolved... I haven't had such luck. 
I haven't received a vet badge since August of 2009. When the one in November didn't show up, I petitioned. Then waited patiently through the holiday season, as I didn't expect full staff at that time of year. I petitioned again in January and only got the same old generic email response. Repeated that process at the beginning of February and again over this past weekend, but still to no avail. Well, now that I've had a chance to rant, any suggestions? Or consoling words?

Go to support.plaync.com or to your email account that receives the petition responses. Update it, mention how long it is - don't let it lapse to "closed".

Yes, they have owed me 63 and 66 month Vet rewards for quite awhile. In-game bug petitions have done nothing. I will try account management.

The system that awards the VRs to accounts needs to be looked at, and fixed or replaced. It's gotten ridiculous. My account hasn't lapsed in I dunno how long, and yet, VRs aren't being awarded. I continually have to use the Ask A Question from the Support Page at the PlayNC Account Manager to get them awarded. And that, of course, screws up the dates, making me have to wait longer and longer.
