What I'm playing when I'm not playing CoH.

Started playing Rock Band 2 a bunch, so much in fact that I hurt my pinky and ring fingers.

So I'm taking a break from that and playing Fallout 3 again. I'm near the end of Mothership Zeta.

Edit: Beat it.

Finally finished off my level first level 80. Now for the gear grinding.

I finished off Lego Indiana Jones 2. Or at least as much of is as I wanted to . They have a creation side there that was really blah so I didn't do it.

So now inbetween CoH I'm playing Kingdom Hearts for the PS2 for something to do. I got a bunch of my brothers old games.

That sounds like it could have some potential to it. But all things depend on execution.

Edit: You can see the trailer here. Doesn't really explain anything, though.

After playing with some of the physics games (World of Goo, Crayon Physics) my sometimes CoH buddy convinced me to re-enlist in the WoW ranks on his Ally guild. Problem is, my 80 death knight is a Horde on a different server. I added up all the costs for converting him to new server Alliance side and...

...Sigh. I'm working on a new Ally death knight. The cost would have been roughly the better part of the price of an MMO expansion. Now if some bright MMO shop were to decide that in their expansion the player's characters could switch sides whenever they liked all for that initial expansion cost, imagine how cost effective that would be!

So meanwhile we play both while we wait for the release of some of the other MMO to replace our WoW time. We both think Star Trek and DCUO might work. Of course, we'll be here for Going Rogue. Not giving up on CoH.

COOL!

that could be interesting.

I'm looking at trying Star Trek Online. my brother was in the closed beta and he likes it.

I have almost every Star Trek paperback book out there and used to play the old FASA role playing game so it's almost mantitory I play it.

I would have to say it was XBox that did it to you. My Dragon Age is working fine on my PC.

Either that, or we're dealing with buggy DLC...

If that's the case, I wonder why DLC always gives you such a hard time, Sooner.

Look at that. A full-grown woman pulling off pigtails. Her crazy is off the charts.

I'm a little confused about what actually happened... I understand that someone released the new DLC a day early, before the acheivements had been released. And this somehow caused all unlocked specializations to lock. Even if you unlock them again, as soon as you quit and restart, they're locked again.

Since I have a VERY specific build I'm working on, and it requires one of those specializations, I'm kinda stuck.

I THINK this is only a problem on Xbox.

As I mentioned earlier, I dinged my first 80 in WoW. I have done some minor world PvP when I run across someone my level with their PvP flag on, but I hadn't tried zone PvP.

I picked one of the PvP capture the flag instances and zoned in. My build was a lousy build for PVe or PvP, I hadn't bothered to look up a min/maxed one. Once everyone started zoning in, one of the other players on my team laughed at me for coming in with suboptimal gear and spec. I shrugged it off and went ahead learning how the zone played.

At the end of the time my group won and I ended up mid ranks for kills for both sides. Since I had spent about half the fight defending our flag carrier I thought it was acceptable.

I was quite pleased to see that I didn't totally suck at PvP over there. Now that I have a better build I am going to go back in and see if I can do better. Somehow I have a feeling that going into the arena is a totally different ballgame. I'll still have to give it a shot though.

I havn't been able to play much of anything as of late but I did just pick up Batman: Arkham Asylum and I have to say its amazing.

The graphics are great, the story is superb and the action is very fun. I'd go as far as to say its the best superhero game thus far.

And yes, when I play I imagine its Badge on the screen instead of Batman.

I also have tried Mirrors Edge. Rather fun but not very long. Still jumping off the buildings and going splat 70 floors down has its thrills.

I THINK there's a PvP section on Elitist Jerks. Check them out for info - be warned though, they're number crunchers

Mirror's Edge makes me completely motion sick. Cannot play it for 5 minutes. It's a beautiful game... but.... erp...

First person shooters do that to me. Sadly, so does Batman Arkham Asylum. I can't play it, but I like to watch other people play it

I USED to be that way with anything first person. I was VERY reluctant to try L4D when it first came out bc of that. But it doesn't seem to be as a big a problem lately.

I did just get a new TV with a wide screen.... and Borderlands gave me a bit of a queasy when I loaded it up the other day.

I've been reading up at Elitist Jerks to prep for raiding. I took their advice and respec'd my rogue. I gotta say the dps numbers that I am putting out after the respec with junk gear are pretty darn good. Over 3x what I was putting out with a build I got off of WoW wiki.

I just finished my 3rd playthrough of Mass Effect in time for Mass Effect 2 to come out next week.

Sarah Shepard is ready to go!

I know, right!? Just finished my last playthrough, and am giddy like a schoolgirl eating a popsickle. Tried to preorder to get the armor/BFG, but, sadly, missed the order date. Maybe they'll have them as add-ons on LIVE...

EJ's are teh best for a reason There's a site for Rogues too in addition to EJ's.. shadowpanther.net. I remember Thirst going there for all his info on Rogues - it's a good site for info/spreadsheets and equipment as well and it's current.

Just unlocked Professional mode on Resident Evil 5, and soon after I unlocked infinite rockets.
