Of course, there are no examples of debuff toggles that behave that way. The only buff toggles that behave that way are those which have to self stack because they buff off of multiple opponents, such as Invincibility, RttC or AAO. So assuming that's what you're talking, you'd be once again being highly pedantic.

Of course, if that's not what you're talking about, I'd love more details. Please, do enlighten.
I already said what I had to say in my previous 3 posts, if your skull is too thick to understand basic english and you're unable to grasp the concept of basic logic (resulting in "pedantic" to you) then that's your problem *shrug*

There are times when you have to act maturely and say "hey man sorry I was wrong" instead of throwing a hissy fit like a frustrated middle aged woman

Translation: I can't actually present a good defense of this argument, so instead I'll resort to ad hominem attacks and try to skirt the point.

Yeah, because I'm clearly the one throwing a hissy fit..or even the one who was wrong.

THE most powerful -def debuff. That's easy.

Debate all you want about toggle vs timed duration or auto-hit vs to-hit check required or even recharge times.

The most powerful is the one used against me as the user is now the next target that MUST DIE!!! LOL

Passionate rhetoric combined with incoherence and irrelevance. i like it. Have you considered taking up political blogging?

Formulaic political response actually:

Restate question. Declaration of inflated personal ability.

Disregard all issues.

Tenuous link to question. State latest agenda. Optional "I'm one of you." localism.

Back on topic. Earthquake's -def is flagged unresistable, does that include AV resistances?

So that's a statement of support for his political blog? (And not every political statement takes that route in response to a question. More often it's those who don't know enough about the topic to say anything relevant, or the topic is embarrassing to them.)

Back to topic.
As i recall unresistable debuffs are affected by the purple patch/rank scaling, but not the AV's own resistances.

Infrigidate, from Cold, is -31% defense debuff (on a defender), and with minimal slotting stacks twice. With more aggressive recharge slotting you could get that up to 3x stacking, down side is it has to hit. Up side is a pretty vicious (-87% recharge) slow it inflicts as well.

Yeah, except Infrigidate doesn't stack
