no enhancement for your ticket

Is there a reason some enhancements are not aavailable from the ticket takers? Namely DO Damage Resist, DO Hold Enhance, and SO Endurance ENhance. there may be others

Is this intentional, to force players to go to the auction or store?

SO: while there does not appear to be a tab for it, Endurance Modification will appear in the full list when you click on an origin (should be between Recharge Reduction, and Resist damage SOs).

DO: ... is indeed missing some ... Endurance Modification, Resist Damage, and Hold Duration (perhaps more? was only looking for the ones you've mentioned) all seem to be missing from the DO listings in the ticket vendor...

That aside, if you can find the SO or DO you need in the auction house for sale; they're usually much cheaper than anywhere else. (as they don't stack, and take up valuable market space that could be used for invention gear, or other rares)

Yup, I heard that as soon as they get all the base and PvP issues worked out it will be next on their to-do list.

I know you meant this as a joke, but I think the PvP hell-reppers just need to come to grips with the idea that unless they front the money for a PvP booster pack to fund development, no more development is going to happen.

I'm unsure of what you mean by base issues. I guess you mean further base improvements? Extra decorative items? Maybe more content that can only be accessed from within a base to encourage players to use a base? Since there aren't actually any listed bugs occuring with the bases, and since all base functions seem to be working, you'll need to make a better case for what you mean by base issues: http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/kno...wn_issues.html

Now, in reference to the original posters question, since there is a known code issue, it probably will be addressed when the coders can track down the problem.

Oh? So when was your last base raid?

That's really the only thing I can think of as far as base issues that Dr_Dositheus was referring too, but still, it's one that people still want.

um. No.

Even when base raids were active, very few supergroups were actually doing them. Very few could actually risk the prestige to repair a base after a raid, and oh yes, the design was that other other sg's could permanently destroy items in the base. Hence the various upgrades to a base that would allow the recovery of destroyed objects. We've been down this little mythical path that the players want base raids before. A very small minority of players want this, and that's not enough to justify development costs.

You missed my point. You stated ALL base functions work. I pointed out one that doesn't. Now could be you just didn't think about base raids as a base function, or that you don't consider base raids a function since they've been taken away for a while. Also.. I didn't say a lot of people wanted base raids back. Just that there ARE people who want it. So pointing out that the people who do want it are a very small minority is meaningless. Sure there's a lot that has to go into base raids to get them working properly, and it's going to take time to get them working the right way, but lets compare something here for a second.

People wanted power customization. A LOT of people wanted it. Even with that high demand, it still took the devs a long time and a lot of work to get it to us.

People wanted to walk. Personally, I think it's pointless, and while I saw posts every once in a while, it wasn't a huge demand. Well, again, it took a lot of work, and now we can walk.

People want base raids. Might not be as high demand as PC, but probably around it if not more than the demand for walk. While the work that has to be invested into it is probably around it if not more, than PC. So this is not doubt where you got that 'demand doesn't justify the development cost' cost. But unless you sit down in a cubicle at NCSoft and chat with BaB at the water cooler on your breaks, how could you know that it's not being worked on regardless the demand vs dev costs?

Anyway, as I said at the start, you made a statement as if it were fact, I found a flaw, and pointed it out.
