Brazilian Player Unite!

So, just because the intend of this is to get some answers I´m writting this both in English and Portuguese. Not accurate translation from one language to the other, but the same "general subject", just so you guys know. And not even sure if placing it on the right place...

Here it is, I have a problem... I live in Brazil and love playing this game, but due the lack of interest (that´s the best way I can describe it) of the company that sells the game here I can not buy neither the Science Booster and Ninja Booster, simply because they don´t seel them. The thing is that they have an exclusive contract with NCSOFT and there´s no way I can buy them either from it because they block off my IP adress. So, I´m here for 2 things... Does anyone knows a way I can buy them in other place (or other way)? And the second is asking out Brazilian Player to join me on the complains directly to Level Up Games (the troublesome company) and ask them to sell us what we want! Come on, I just want the oportunity to BUY it!

Fala galera, então aqui está o problema... Quem vive no Brasil sabe o quanto problema a Level Up dá pra gente. Já tentei perguntar e argumentar diversas vezes sobre o fato de eles não venderem os Boosters por aqui. Na pagina deles só tem o Cyborg Booster, sendo que o Magic eu só consegui comprando o Architect Edition... Science e Ninja nem pensar, simplesmente não tem como. E aí, como é que vai ficar com o Going Rogue? Será que este eles vão vender? Então, tava querendo saber... Alguém que joga no Brasil conseguiu comprar esses booster? Se sim, como? Alguma maneira de passar pelo identificador de IP? E a outra coisa que queria é pedir pro pessoal se unir e reclamar! Vamo lá gente, lotar os babaca da Level Up de pedidos e reclamações para quem sabe eles perceberem que tem gente interessada nisso!

The Level Up Games company is incompetent. Period. They hardly update their version of the store. And almost all on South America is chained to them.

I got my boosters with the help of a trusted friend on the US. Its a shame that this still happens.

KayJMM's solution is good and nn time consuming. Also, there is a software that i can't rememer the name of, that will give you a different ip so you can browse your way as if you were in another country if you choose an ip of a different country. Basically some http proxies. Because i am typing from my phone i cannot do any research, but will try to help you out as soon as i get near a computer. Havin an ip from USA or Europe will allow you to buy straight from cityofheroes.com.
