Holiday Live test broke leveling pacts

Just one thing - check that the pacts actually ARE broken - do you still have the Levelling Pact chat channel active, and is XP still being dumped to the pact? There was a recent undocumented change which means that pacted toons no longer show up in the levelling pact window unless they're actually online at the same time.

Also, if one of the subscriptions lapsed at all, the pacts get broken.
And what reason do you have to think it was specifically the holiday event that did it?

I logged into pairs of accounts for leveling pacts, and while they both show empty leveling pact friend windows, they only show up in the global and server friends. The leveling pact windows remain empty even when both are on.
I was unaware the window would show as empty as opposed to like a server/global friend who wasn't on and just be ghostly. But even with each pair on at the same time, they did not show up in the leveling pact windows.
I own all the accounts, and they all have year subscriptions staggard to a couple of months appart so I can afford them. No pair is with the same 2 accounts. Nor did any of my accounts laps in the last 3 years.
I think it was the Holiday Test because of post hoc ergo propter hoc. The last time I played any of them they were packed. I logged on during the Holiday test, and they are unpacked, ergo because of the Holiday, they are unpacked! Well, maybe not logically, but not all my heroes are logical.

As mentioned, the pact member doesn't always seem to show up in the Level Pact window anymore, but as long as that window still shows up on your freind list, the pact should still be active... It wouldn't even exist if the pact was broken.
Previous threads regarding broken pacts in the last few weeks eventually showed that the players were still getting XP from their pact member, even though the name wasn't showing up. I think in one case, the reward chat wasn't even showing the pact's XP.. But once they recorded the xp on a toon, then relogged to the other toon and did some missions, they went back and saw an increase in the pact'd toon's XP, showing that the pact was indeed still active and funtioning.
My wife and I are experiencing this too... ALL of our pacted characters are affected.
Both characters are online. Neither appears in either pact window. Getting XP on one says that it goes to the pact, but the other doesn't register the points reward at all. None of these were server transfers.
So if I understand this, we should see if the reward appears next time we log in... ok, testing

I tried just /bugging this because I was trying to get the badge on as many of my characters as possible. But the GM support people (different ones) just said it was reported as a bug, and then sent me a survey to see how they did.
On Victory, several characters I rarely played, but had leveling pack lost their pact, even though they are at the exact same XP. I would like them rejoined in the pact. I own all characters on multiple accounts and did not break the pact (or play them since they broke)

Incident: 091202-000713 is for the leveling pact between Spoooky and Poil on Victory.
Incident: 091202-000715 is for the leveling pact between Tech D. Halls and Haute N Evy on Victory.
Jonny Angel and Purple Bear were in a leveling pact, and are no longer. I didn't bother reporting them since the no response. They still have the same XP.
Is there any way to get them rejoined, since I didn't unjoin them?
