What's the word on ties for a match? And since it's been a long while now, how affected is health regen with heal decay?

If there is some sort of tie, I'll probably have them fight once more hopefully a winner will come out of that, if not then I'll probably flip a coin or have them do rock paper scissors. I truly don't expect there to be any ties especially with the pvp changes over the last few years.
Your other question I'm not really sure how HD affects Regen I just know that if I left HD off it would make Heal Auras and Greens spammable.
As far as I know, regen is NOT affected by heal decay at all and regen is also not really hit by DR. (thus making RA and regen scrappers very powerful)

Heal =/= Regen so it isn't affected by HD. DR will diminish regen and the new travel suppression will suppress base regen on everything. Regen for melee types isn't what it used to be but it has increased in effectiveness for squishies.

For kicks and giggles, I might toss my MA/Regen Scrapper into the ring with this. We'll have to see if I have time and/or am feeling up for PvP in a couple weeks. That will be in the middle of finals (and I have to get all the grading done before I leave for the Christmas-New Year's stretch), so we'll see how it goes.

What: Holiday Havoc, a single elimination tournament held by Me. Keeping with the holiday there will be gifts/presents given to first, second, third and fourth place.
Where: Pocket D on Victory.
When: Saturday December 19th at 8:00pm Eastern Time.
Rules: Must be level 50 to participate. One versus one, 10 Minute matches. TS on, Diminished Returns on, Heal Decay off, Normal Insp only. All 2-20 Maps except Cage Match allowed. Sudden Death does not count.
Presents: First place gets a choice of the following items. PvP IO Recipe or 500 Mill
Second place can choose from a PvP IO Recipe or 200 Mill.
Third place will receive 100 Mill.
Fourth place will receive 50 Mill.
If you yourself are not interested in PvP but you know someone who is and would be interested, please let them know! Come try to win a present.
