Make stuff for your coalie mates?
Just do what I did, find a recipie with dirt cheap salvage at the lowest level possible and craft and delete them, unless they sell for good inf that is. I think I did it on a load of level 10 common IO recipies and just binned them, sure its an inf sink, but isn't getting the crafting badges an Inf sink anyway 
Two thousand is way easier to score than 10,000. I'd go with crafting and selling standard IOs to profit. If you have about 20 market slots, and you can move all of them within an hour, it should take only a few days of casual play (to finish off the 300 remaining). IE: Login, marketeer, do mission(s), marketeer, logoff.

Seriously though, craft a bun of cheap IO's or IO's for your alts.
A slightly harder (but cheaper) method. By some cheap T3 common salvage, use them in th emepowerment station, delete the buff and reapply.
Good options that require only one piece of normally cheap salvage:
Confusion Resistance
Increase Flight Speed
Increase Jump Speed
Increase Perception
Increase Run Speed
Knockback Increase
Endurance Drain Resistance
Immobilize Resistance

Buy salvage for any of the following at level 50
Acc*
Dam*

Defbuff
Damres
Recharge*
*has the cheapest salvage based on current trading patterns.
Craft then and list at ~300 000 inf (which covers the cost and then some small profit).
you should be able to clear at least 20/day.

What pisses me off the most is I was at 9000+ items crafted and then they suddenly nerfed the requirements lol. I pretty much just started crafting IOs on every character by 20 and I crafted them for friends too.
Friends don't let friends buy an ncsoft controlled project.
