Here's a page with entrants from the competition they held on Virtue.
Anyone have any other links? I took a look, but the thread the City Scoop referenced was an old one which wasn't found.

which is 5 hours behind
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
A cursory glance seems to indicate that that was dressing your existing character off of the name of your badge of choice.My idea would be creating a character based on the badge, and/or it's story. So ore of a creativity exercise then a contest.
Edit: That would limit this idea further to just exploration badges, obviously.

Everyone know the Tank Archetype get the most drops of all the types. This is because of their "Death Dealing" powers. I call it the front line bonus...but you'll never read this in the wiki - "Rx10"
I did that with Malkavian Who, Who happens to be a Time Lord mixed with a nitus....
and has a Time Lord Badge

I guess since it's your creativity challenge, then I'd accept your rules, though.
For what it's worth, BBQ_Pork, despite all the badges he's earned, still displays a lowly King's Row Exploration badge above all others. "Smoky".
I already have a ghost named Ectoplasmic. I suppose that counts.

It's not a contest, cause a contest would imply a prize, and I don't usually play heroes enough to have any prizes to give.
Okay, To further explain:
Pick A Badge In-Game, read it's description(which is why this'd work best with exploration badges, as they have short, but still lore-based descriptions), you can find them on one of the CoX wiki. from there, design a character on the badge description/name, could make for some fun RPing....

I've done it twice on Virtue , there will be another in 2010
Champion Server has also done it...
