Of note is the most recent/next Vet Reward. When I first saw that I thought that since I had bought a Hero Gear at Hero Con, then the free month just didn't count. However, now I'm told that even if there is one (honestly didn't pay that much attention) then it should still count. Heck, now that I think about it, I didn't have the chance to apply the code until after I got back from the Con, so I should have had the reward already.

So, my question is: What could have caused the delay, and is there any way to get them back on track?

A: You crash into another one.

do an ingame /petiton saying your vet reward time is off and some one in billing will correct it. it happened to me as well. this is actually the second time now for me

no idea on why it happens, but almost seems to be tied to when they release a booster pack or close to it.

Petition sent. Now the wait.

You got me curious, so I checked on my Vet Rewards page. I knew that the most recent one would have an incorrect date since it didn't award properly and they had to apply it manually. I colored it green in the list below. I couldn't get the nice neat formatting unless I put in underscores or dashes or some-such, but this should suffice.

It DOES however show that my future Vet Rewards are back on the original schedule even after this glitch. I've also had several Retail codes for various boxed item purchases (Original CoH purchase, CoV, HeroGear kit, and Architect Edition) applied to my account and it's never caused it to skip a month.

As SliceNDice said, file a petition. They should be able to correct it. If needed, point them to this thread and they will be able to see the differences between your dates and mine and the discrepancy.

Good luck on getting it corrected soon, and let's ope they can keep from messing it up in the future.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

The Paragon Studios Devs have little to do with this. All they generally do is come up with the rewards, design the badges and any temp powers that are in the reward and add the code.

This is a customer service issue that is handled by NCSoft Customer Service in either Austin, TX (most likely) or in Bellevue, WA (very unlikely).

As stated earlier in the thread, file a /petition in game or file a support ticket on the PlayNC site.

The latest reponse puzzles me. You know those warnings that go on about 'NCSoft will never ask for Account name/Password'? Well, the Support person that just responded pretty much asked for everything BUT that.
