Fire/MM PvP.
The first thing i notice about this build is no 'Scare' that power is awesome and seeing as fire blast has no mez power, scare is great as it can fear a target and keep them at a standstill for a good amount of time (I can't recall the exact time but it's something like 6 seconds). So the first change i would make is add scare in .
The second thing i noticed is you don't have enough knockback protection - No matter where you're going to be pvping with this toon you want 41 KB (With Acro on) to stop the popular KB's. being KB'd in zone is a near certain death with all those stalkers around. To get this you will want to add a kephyr KB IO into CJ instead of the Gift of the Ancients. You will also need 2 KB (1 Res, 1 Def) in Frozen armour and 1 KB IO in hoarfrost and one more in maneuvers.
You have gone the right way about slotting for dmg with moderate rech - if you have any questions please ask - Hope this helped.

Another small suggestion. You'll want to throw the apoc proc in flares and the glad smashing proc if possible. I know the PvP proc is costly, but the purp proc is pretty cheap blue side and it will go a long way with flares.
You don't understand. Scare is like the main reason to play an /MM in PvP right now (that and drain psyche, which is bugged so it's way more powerful than intended). Scare definitely needs more than 2 slots. You don't need blaze at all, since you have 3 good ranged attacks (flares, blast, subdual). There's really no reason for blaze. I'd slot the apoc set in one of your main attacks. I know it sounds weird, but blaze is actually your worst attack in PvP with a fire/MM build lol.
Better but still lacking KB prot - You have capped hp by quite abit so the slotting on subdual would only be for dmg bonuses which seems kind of a waste when there are other powers which need some serious slotting. I rejigged your build abit and changed some of the slotting and got the KB protection up to 41.5. The 5 slot of devstation isn't that usefull so i switched those up and the 6th slotted Apoc is a useless bonus for a blaster also so i changed that (saving you like 200mil also).
The build still has capped hp by alot and has a nice dmg bonus. You can incease the recovery further and also the dmg output on your attacks by changing the 2 thunderstrikes in flares and fireblast for 2 gladiators javelin (The proc and Acc/Dam) maybe something to consider if you have spare inf hanging around. See what you think anyway..

So my build, tbh im not THAT bothered with getting up to 41 KB prot but Im guessing I must be near on this build, 27.5% DMG bonus +27% acc +221 HP + 53% rech and a long the way kind thing of 90+% regen.... could work?

Contrary to what everyone says you still want blaze. Its great dps even in its nerfed form so take it.
Only time blaze can be useful is if you're slowed to the point where flares+blast aren't recharged. And then you'll only get to use blaze once.
I really don't understand this argument. Why would you use blaze, when flares or blast is ALWAYS available for you, they both do at least as much damage (considering procs), and they both have twice the range? In what possible scenario is blaze useful?
And /mm gets subdual which is decent damage, better range, cheaper to proc and can be fired while mezzed.
Duel me.

Just to let you all know I finished IO'ng out this blaster today and absolutly love it, I didn't take blaze either as supermax and conflict advised, and I now see why. I notice, especially when im dueling that practically the entire time my oponent is mezzed either because of <Fear> or 1 of my 4 hold procs. Its brilliant, thank you all ^^

Makes my want to get my Fire/mm to 50... been stuck at 38 for a while now.
So I've been meaning to PvP on a blaster for quite a while now, but im too lazy to level up a /EM, and I find its way to common. So I decided to spec my Fire/MM blaster into a PvP build.
I expect you'll all probably lol at this build as its my first take, but this is what im thinking:
