Rip my Fire/rad/fire build apart
Without looking deeply into your build, soloing Lusca would be pretty tough for any troller outside of an Ill, since (perma) PA is the best way to deflect the incoming aggro of the head and all the other tentacles.
yeah i know ill/rad would b a better choise but i fancy a fire/rad plus i know it can b done with the right build just gotta get that build right first thats y ive posted this for help getting my build right and cost is no prob
It is doable with a Fire/Rad. I believe I've posted a not-so-expensive build for soloing GM's in some recent topic. You might want to take a look around.
Concerning your build, I have serious trouble believing it would work. Yes, perma AM and Hasten is nice but you have to be able to survive the big hits. The best way I could find out was getting myself nearly soft capped ranged defense while keeping my end recovery at a decent rate (perma AM helps too, of course).

I don't think either of those builds will get it done. Here is a build I am currently working on that is close to the soft cap on ranged def that might be close.
Lingering Radiation is a must, IMO, when it comes to soloing GMs as the have high regen you need to overcome or mitigate. Being close to the soft cap on a positional def is required to survive the fight and high damage output is a must.
