The Originals - sorry I didn't make that quite clear. & I see I screwed up the #'s *sigh* . . . Never was much of a fan of how he did those numbers anyway . . . I still prefer Moss Eisley (sp?) Space Port in the original - desolate, run-down & empty.

Better Off Dead and One Crazy Summer are 2 of the funniest movies from the 80s...

on a side note, if you have fond memories of certain movies from your childhood, it might not be wise to watch them again. i did this recently with the Neverending Story, and damn, is that movie bad...

I was thinking of contacting one of the movie theaters here and seeing if they wanted to do an old-school 80s-early 90s movie fest over the course of a month or two - like a Sunday matinee, or something

The movies would be ones like Princess Bride, Better Off Dead, One Crazy Summer, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Lost Boys, The Last Starfighter, etc...

I think people my age would pay to go see those movies in the theatre again! It'd be a blast!

I loved Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid - I hadn't seen it until a few years ago. What a great movie. Who ARE those guys!?!

I liked Cannonball Run, especially the bloopers at the end.
