It's a known bug. It's believed that Slow IO sets may inadvertently slow walk speed. My Bots/ Traps MM has the same issue and he uses a standard Male frame.

Do you have any idea how much time Dark Respite spent learning how to get characters to walk in videos??? And here you just do a "quick and dirty capture"! Something just ain't right about this. Maybe DR should be given exclusive access to the power for a couple of weeks before the rest of us get it.

Wow, could the walk animation for women be any less casual?
The walk animations are just plain embarrassing as they are IMHO. I really wish we could have different walking emotes, I just can't stand the ones we have now.
