Steam-powered Good Mornings!

/e peers down from the ceiling and, seeing nothing moving, hops down to look at all the gauges and dials in the back room.

Need to get this place warmed up and get the bots all stoked and ready to make breakfast.

/e twists gears, taps of little glass display windows, and watches as steam comes rushing out of an overhead vent shaft.

Ooh!

Noisily, the chefbots shudder to life, lifeless lights flickering reluctantly before glowing brightly.

/e smiles as they all begin rushing around, their duties already known, their missions clear.

/e watches one take a spoon, bend it into an S shape and then weld it to its chest before taking off out the front door leaving behind the tinny trill of a 'Dun Dun Duuuuuuun' as it fades into the fog outside.

Hrmmm.

Might have got the wrong programming for that one.

Good Morning all!

Allo Je Saist.

Sorry about the superhero bot. I think he was just excited to be a superhero.

/e pulls a pump out from behind a chair and sets it up.

We should have you back in normal cat form in no time. Whatever normal cat form is?
Curled up in a tight ball, strangely twisted around with back half lying in one direction and front half sitting up, upside down stretched out a whole meter. Ya know, I don't think cats actually come with spines.

/e gives cat treats to Saist.

Well, Torchlight is cheaper than the other games, and fun to boot. I'm playing Borderlands and Dragon Age these days too, good games. Fallen Earth is good as well, but I've canceled all my MMO games except for COX. Need to save money. Lots and lots of money. And plenty of games to keep me busy anyway.

Oh very much so. The lack of the morality points bar is making for some really tough decisions as I try and be the "good guy" on this playthrough.
Already scored with 3 chicks though. Giggity. I hope that there's a more permanent relationship option with Liliana though. Right now it seems kind of lackluster.

Hiya Emmi!

I like the free alignment systems even though I almost always wind up paladin like

As for the other part, that like those J-dater games? Choose the right text tree path and bingo boingo, you are then smoking cigarettes enjoying the afterglow?

You know....just like real life. :P

Morning Fedor.

Doing good. Little quiet right now but things about to speed up here.
Played wayy tooo much CoX this weekend but I DID get leaves raked. So I didnt feel like a total slug. :P

How are you?

Oh and I downloaded the free demo for Left 4 Dead 2. It was amusing but I shot my computer controlled teammates way way too much. :> I think when the car alarm goes off and the entire zombie nation jumps on us. I swear I freaked out and shot my own people more than I did the zombies. :\

Morning all!

Just got Dragon Age yesterday, so haven't gotten far into it yet. Gotta say though that the city elf starting area certainly has a dark theme and does a fantastic job of making you hate the humans.

That's what is awesome about that game! You hear that alarm, the music changes and then the screams of the zombies come. Yeah I play on easy mode because I tend to shoot teammates. To quote Yahtzee, "In moments of extreme duress the difference between dishevled walking dead and dishevled survivor are not always apparent."

Man those chargers are murder, by the time you see one it's already on top of you.

Edit : *Helpfully he offers the Fuzzy Wet Tiger a towel.* Morning Tiger

I started with a city elf rogue myself. Definitely not happy shiny fun fantasy times there. My only regret was when I got to the end and confronted the noble, I misinterpreted the situation. I thought I had reached them before he had had his way with my friend (Well, they WERE all still clothed and all that). Had I known I had got there to late, I certainly wouldn't have tried to parlay with the *******.

Right now though I'm actively playing the second character I made up, a human mage. And having fun with it.

I still don't have the L4D2 demo. I'm not really sure if I want to bother, actually. I already know I'm getting the game, and it would just take more time from other games I'm trying to play.

I would get it Neko, it's free and it's a good appetizer for things to come. New weapons (the frying pan is awesome) new special undead, no problems, more fun!

*Fuzzles and huggles the Neko as she turns the Tiger into a giant puffball.*

Hehehe. I started with a human noble Warrior. I scored with the elf handmaiden in my playthrough.

I think I'm going to make a Dalish rogue my next play through. Keep a different party around me (except for Shale. Shale is full of awsome and win).

tsk... I hate this. Recovery time. I don't feel really bad like I was yesterday. Just kinda bad and tired as I try to fight off the last of the nasties. Bad enough that I really don't want to do anything, but not so bad that I can really excuse myself from what needs doing.
